Received inquiry for timing gear for a 4 stroke engine for a crankshaft timing gear as the vessel was close to Mombasa port.

The damage was so intense that shaft diameter effected the timing of engine and resulted in low performance of generator.

Such was the damage to shaft diameter and drive keyway that the timing of the engine seriously affected the performance of the diesel generator and 12 mm deep.  

Critical job done close to Port Sudan, repair of liner of V16 engine.

Liners were cracked due to corrosion and cracks. We arranged engineers from Dubai to inspect the condition. With the assistance of our partner company our engineers carried the work. OEM liners were supplied on urgent basis and completed the work on urgent basis.

The machine was set to pre-determined reference points liner cylinder block and ensured machining done as per the requirement in line with lower register bore with the axis of crank shaft.

Urgent Repair worked at Aqaba port – Diesel Generator.

Received inquiry by Indian company, our partner company technicians discussed with the ship engineers and flew and reached the vessel close to Aqaba. Engineers conducted detailed mechanical, NT crack detection.

Engineers found out all crankpins of engine has been worn out and have been working in tedious working conditions. All crank pins have been changed in reinstalled on the board itself. The total work has been completed in more than and ship was sailed.
